I know we sound like a broken record.  It might turn some customers off and make them suspicious.  It is not really like that.  We get that little gadget; we wonder why we didn't think of it; and we marvel at how well it works even for things it really wasn't designed for.

Throw in Todd's customer service and you have a real winner.

I know you will enjoy your AMNS for a long time to come.

Good luck and good smoking.

I imagine everybody who gets one, saying, "Wow!!! Those guys weren't kidding---This thing is Awesome!!!!"

What great customer service Todd gives!  I had a question about pellets in the original and he responded imediatly AND made me a super deal on a trade in for the pellet model.  You can't go wrong with an A-MAZE-N-SMOKER or with dealing with Todd.

todd , can i burn pellets in your original smoker or do i have to get your pellet model ? whats the difference ?

Uhmgood,

I think I can answer your questions. Correct me if I'm wrong (anyone)... The original one burns dust and does not have enough side ventalation for burning pellets. The new design has sides of the maze that are tent shaped to allow more side air flow.. I own both as I like to use the dust version for cheese and some day nuts and the Pellet version for warmer and longer smokes... Pellets are cheap in my part of the country so I use my Pellet smoker more but both have valid uses... Truly amazing product! It has saved me hundreds of dollars in buying chips and chunks. Have Fun and enjoy! Smokin - K

You are pretty close. You can actually burn pellets in the old unit but you cant fill every row. You need to alternate rows so most just filled the outside and lit both at the same time.  Withe AMNPS you can burn either pellets or dust
