Hi all!

My names Dave and I just got a new smoker from my wife for Christmas (early present as she got the last one and said it was too big to wrap!)

I'm looking and asking for help as to how much chips do ya use in a smoker. It dosnt look like very much.

It's a Masterbuilt 30" with the clear front. Has a remote thingy and everything.

I have smoked on my grill....Brinkman big arse grill but never had one of these electric things.

Any thoughts or suggestions would help alot!

I'm new here and will probably be back alot asking stupid questions so bear with me!

Thanks all!

Dave

ps- I will check in tomorrow as I have to leave right now but thanks for any help!

Thanks for the welcome everyone! I'm still trying to learn my way around this site. I noticed that I get an email when a post is made on the thread. Thats kinda cool! If I want to post do I post on the section or the general area and then it gets moved. If its moved how do ya know where it is?

My wife thinks Im nutz now that Im hooked on this site! lol!

Go to the section where you think your post should be. If your posting a question about baby back ribs, you would post that in the pork section. Brisket would be in the beef section, etc.
