Hello all, I have found 3 big fridges and on up rite freezer. These units are about 5 - 8 yrs old. I want to know if these new ones will be safe to use as a smoker. Is there any thing i have to do to use this as a smoker.. Thanks for you time.

You will have to strip out all the plastic on the inside and replace it with something better suited for smoking. Not worth it in my opinion unless you are cold smoking.
