Hello everyone.  My name is Seth and I enjoy smoking a lot lol.  I am not that new to the bbq world and have been using only wood for the past year.  I look forward to sharing ideas with everyone here.  Oh I almost forgot..  I'm using the mini me offset char-broil right now.  I'm in the process of looking for a bigger offset right now.

welcome to the family !!!

 Lots of folks use that CB offset . there's lots of modifications that can be done to improve its performance.

I was actually surprised how easy it was to control temps with it.  Its perfect for me and the wife.

Haha yes there is a lot of information here.. I think I might have information overload at the moment trying to figure out what my next offset is going to be.
