i want to go out and buy a wireless thermometer for my new electric smoker.  Any suggestios?

Maverick ET-732 is highly recommended on this site. Some nice features are there are two probes, one to monitor the temps of the smoker and  one to monitor the temps of the meat. Also there are high and low alarm setting you can set on the thermometer to alert you of temps going to high or two low.

And the remote works up to 100' away. In my opinion it's the best one out there for the price. You can get it here.
