I saw a guy on DDD grind up his PP and made his sandwiches...Any body do that here...? If so how is it ?

Sounds mushy to me,good but like Baby food

I have had some at some small fairs around here and it was really fine almost like it went through a food chopper, it was in a slow cooker with sauce. It was good but it was closer to a sloppy joe than PP, grinding or chopping fine would make your product go further.

Doesn't seem necessary, but I could see some applications for it.

Guy on triple D has a knack for making garbage sound good.

Good luck and good smoking.

x2...I wasn't a fan

I like PP chunky. I purposely pull it by hand so I get big chunks. I would think it would be awful all ground up. But that's just me!

Ditto.  If mine is still too hot, I just use a large kitchen fork to break it up.

When it comes down to leftovers for tacos or quesadillas, then I make it a more workable size.

There's a little joint about 2 miles from my home that does that to their Pork BBQ.

I tried one----Never again.

Got a Cheesesteak there----They did the same thing to that !!!!   BLahhhhh!!!!!

They have good homemade ice cream----That's about it.

Roller---Only try a very little like that---You won't like it.
