Cherry Smoked Burgers (Qview)

Started with 2 lbs of 80/20, added some onion powder, garlic powder,CBP, a shot of worsty and Kosher Salt.

Smoked in the Char-Broil offset @ 250º with cherry in the AMZNP.

I've smoked burgers many times, but the cherry in the AMZNP was the best yet!

Interesting. I've never tried smoking burger patties. I have a Char Broil offset also. How long did it take?

Interesting. I've never tried smoking burger patties. I have a Char Broil offset also. How long did it take?
  @ 250º around 1-2 hrs depending on the size........etc.

Oh my God Rap, those look so good I'm going to the store & get some ground beef & have burgers for lunch today!
 
After seeing those awesome looking burgers I had to run to the store and pick up some ground beef. I needed a reason to try out the cherry I have. Going to be a late dinner for my wife and kids when they all get done with work tonight. Thanks for the idea.
