Was lucky enough to stumble across some 1.49 per lb. pork loins last week. Bought a couple for that price, cleaned them up a bit and cut up into sections and freeze for future projects. Pulled 2 out of the freezer and rubbed one with a 5 pepper rub of mine, and the other with some Mad Hunky rub

The pepper one sliced.

And with a few eggs for breakfast.

Came out pretty decent, makes for a good breakfast and some tasty sammies.

Thanks for looking.

Looking good for sure!  Great score on those loins.  In CA I am lucky to get them for that price, I would have expected NJ to be much higher.

Thanks for posting.

Good luck and good smoking!

Did you get a 'hammy' CB flavor from it or a smoked roasted pork flavor?
that's what i was wondering.............as there a cure involved? i just did one but i cold smoked it for 6 hrs and then into an oven @ 300 deg until IT of 150...........damn good!

Porked,

That breakfast looks awesome!!!

I forgot about the "CB" title, and was looking at what I thought was some awesome looking Pork Chops.

If you didn't use any cure, I would just call this, "Awesome Boneless Pork Chops & Eggs".

I could eat that right now, but it's already 6 months old!!!
