After the second grind - it was a with the smallest die - can't find the one in between so these were a little finer then I normally like but not a deal breaker..

All cooked on the Egg - I went with traditional American cheese on mine, but we also had brie, goat, and swiss. I sautee'd up some mushrooms and onions.

Seriously folks - start grinding your own. Simple and delicious.

Looks great!  The burgers look great, may have to think about grinding my own.

DO IT DO IT DO IT!!!!

You won't look back.  Invest in a grinder and go for it.

Man that looks good. Love to try that rub? Is it commercial?
Yes - Steph Franklin makes some awesome rubs and you can get them on his site. http://simplymarvelousbbq.com/store

SM Cherry is my go to rub for pork, chicken, and beef. I sometimes have to force myself to use something else. I like it so much I buy it in 5 pound bags.

I have tried his every one of his rubs and they are all great. Steph has great customer service and gets your order out the door quickly. Don't think you can buy them in a store.

I also like Plowboys rubs. Those you can get at Bass Pro Shops.

I stopped making my own rubs because there are such good commercial rubs out there. YMMV.
