Here is one of my videos from a spareribs and tips smoke. Now I did not use the 1-2-3 method and I do not like it as much. You know what I will also post a video of my 1-2-3 spareribs and tips. You be the judge as to what method you like best. My family love the long low and slow ribs the best.

Thanks for looking.

Ok one other thing please don't make funny of me taking to much in the second video...lol It was my first voice tutorial.....

The family does not like for the 3-2-1 as much as the slow and low. The ribs are to tender the 3-2-1 way.

Excellent video!!!

You are very easy to hear & understand.

Most movies on TV, I have to use CC, because people mumble, even high paid actors & actresses.

Not needed for your video!!!  Perfectly clear!

Thanks,

Bear

"600 pound fat ass"  ???  Kind of harsh isnt it??/ Hope you didnt offend someone...

I would hope it offended someone that large. I was near 350 pounds a few years back knocking on deaths door. If someone wanted to eat a big bowl of pork fat they need to be offend. I am still not to the weight I need to be but getting there. I am no expert but unless your 12 feet tall no one should be 600 pounds!

I just want to state I am not trying to be mean to anyone in the video when I stated that remark. I put that section in the video to show you can still eat great food without all the guilt. I literally cut hundreds of calories from those ribs without affecting the taste.

I am still overweight and need to lose about 60 pounds and it don't offend me when someone states the obvious.
