Short & sweet post here. GF leaves to go see the Harry Potter premier with nieces & nephews so I'm on my own for dinner. What's a boy to do?? Make something for ME...lol. Two grilled hot links stuffed into an oversized stadium roll layered with swiss cheese and kraut. Popped under the broiler to melt the cheese, a squirt of good mustard and potato salad on the side with the remaining kraut. I miss her.....but it was pure heaven...
