I had some tri tip left over so I figured I make it for breakfast. I cut it about 3/8” thick and pounded it out, then flour, egg and flour again. This one’s a keeper I didn’t think it would turn out right because the tri tip wasn’t raw to start but I was wrong on that. Enjoy!

So you get the credit?  When it was really cowgirl who was the inspiration?

Well, I can't blame you for that.

Good luck and good smoking.

Dang Meat, now I'm really hungry. That is my kinda breakfast. I probably would have never tried this with Tri-Tip. I must have missed this one from Cowgirl.

I haven't eaten breakfast yet, the wife was making yogurt and fruit for me. Umm I am thinking eggs and meat now.

Looks fantastic.

We could have a whole new forum.  Breakfast for Dinner.  Works for me, especially in the dog days of summer!

Good luck and good smoking.
