Not sure what to call this,

Just kinda threw something together.

I had some thigh meat left over from trimming for comps; So I smoked them with RO & pecan.

Threw it in with some sauteed onions and mushrooms, with 2 stalks of broccoli and 1 large can of cream of mushroom.

What kind of pastry dough do you use?  Made from scratch?  Inquiring minds want to know.

I do it from scratch, but I am not a pastry chef.  My other half uses puff pastry dough from the freezer section of the supermarket.

I have to say that hers is not bad.

Good luck and good smoking.

Looking good man
Thanks Scar

You've got to name that man...I'll be thinkin. Sometimes a mish mash of leftovers makes a damn good meal. Thats kinda pot pie ish. My mom does something similar with leftover thanksgiving turkey every year. Sour cream is the secret ingredient.

Steve
You're right Steve, I've used left over turkey several times.
I guess we could name it "all gone" pot pie?

Your ??????? looks delicious. Looks like comfort food to me.
Thanks Gros, It made me real comfortable  ;-)

What are you trying to do with no recipe?

You must be a real cook?

Good luck and good smoking.
I rarely use recipe's, unless it's something i haven't tried before. Always looking for something new.

I don't get paid to cook, I just love it. I guess it's because I love to eat!!

Thanks Merv

I don't care what you call it. It looks delicious! You are very creative!

Thanks AL, I'll try anything once. But I will make this again.

It would be very good on a cold day.

O'yeah the broccoli with the cream of mushroom does it for me!
 Thanks Terry

I make my own. But I have used the store bought kind like Merv refered to, it's just as good.

You can make your own with

2 cups all-purpose flour (sifted)

1 teaspoon salt

2/3 cup vegetable shortening

5 tablespoons cold water

Great looking leftovers.
