I'm guessing 8 foot long 12 inch diameter pvc pipe is his next project. Probably have to run a hose to the fire hydrant to get enough pressure.

The tube will hold 10 lbs of meat. The stuffer is sched 80. If you used regular  sh 40 or sprinkler pvc it would blow a gasket so to speak. The clear stuff is big $$

If your KC is roughly the same size as mine (looks to be), I fit 10lbs of meat and had some room to spare. I could probably squeeze another 2 lbs, possibly—which is great should I ever 'man up' & crank out a 25lb recipe. I'd then be able do it in approximately 2 KC loads.

Is that tube rifled?

If it is, I know how to bore-scope it to check the lands & grooves to make sure it's safe to keep on line.

I don't know where we can find a surplus borescope, but they're real easy to use.

Let me know.
