Back the end of Feb. I bought a new Landmann 3405BGW for camp as it's the same model I have at home. It sat in the box forever and Otter put it together just before the Gathering but we didn't use it. Today I finally go out to season it and find the knob on the ignitor isn't working

bummer but I can deal with that. I go to light it after hooking a propane tank to it and nothing

so I switch to a different tank and still nothing

so I said a few bad words then calmed down and went inside to call Landmann. I talked to a very nice woman who asked a couple easy questions and then said I'll have a new regulator and hose assembly, and a new ignitor knob sent right out to you and you should have them this week

So Lanmann's customer service gets a big

 from me.

Now I have to go buy more meat to go with the two butts I was gonna smoke. If I'm gonna crank up the Lang I might as well make it worthwhile

Customer service can be the backnone of a business. Glad to hear that they responded to you in a positive and quick manner. You'll be smoking up that new Landman before long. It's all good my friend.

I think it's the regulator so hopefully everything will be fine when it gets here
