I agree..it is some fine sausage.

We still have some. Having it every day.

We especially like the juicyness and the garlic.

Ya hey dere, got some good looking kielbasa, but cheese? My Dziadek  is turning over in his grave.  Good kiebasa needs Czan (horseradish), nothing else.  You must be from Wisconsin.

you guys are killing me....................................

Have to agree with Steve K - no cheese or crackers! Rye bread, good Polish mustard(Pulaski or Kosciusko),and horseradish.Steve check your spelling, theres an hr between the C and Z. The only reason I would know that is thats my last name.My kielbasas been smoking since 6 AM,starting making the fresh kielbasa, next grating and mixing the"chrzan", then have to make the babka.

Happy Easter, TC

I stand corrected, sir.  Smaczniego (Good eating) and Happy Easter to you and yours.  It just wouldn't be Easter without some good home made Kielbasa for Easter brunch!

I am offering the secret spice to any one who would like to like to try it. I am not making any profit off of it. I only ask to cover my cost of gas, product, and shipping at 5 dollars for seasoning to make 20 lbs. I just ran a test care pkg and $5 covered it. I made sure the postal service only delivered it at night and had to use the back entrance not to attract any attention while delivering the secret package.

I am going to see a gentleman about making my sausage here in a few days. He owns a few restaurants and has some connections with people in the sausage buisness. He tried some the other day and said he really wanted to talk to me about it........ Its my dream to quit my stinkin job and make sausage for a living.............  I'll be in the reasearch and development dept with the shades turned down and security guards in place...
