Tried making Beef Ribs years ago on the BBQ with no luck. So earlier this week I am at Safeway and they are on sale. I pick up two racks in a cryovacbag. Found a rub  online that i thought might be nice.
1/4 C Smoked Sweet Paprika
1 TBS and 1 TSP  Mustard Powder
1 TBS and 1 TSP  Onion Powder
1 TBS and 1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TBS Dried Basil
2 TSP Ground Bay Leaves
1 1/2 TSP Ground Coriander Seed
1 1/2 TSP Dried Thyme
3 TSP Pepper Melody
1/4 TSP Ground Cumin
Salt to tast

Rubbed them down last night and put them to bed in the refrigerator.
Put them on at 1:00pm today at 225deg. Smoked was Hickory. I cooked them to an internal temp of 165.
Pulled and and cut  and serve. MM they turned out great. Think I might have pulled a little sooner next time around. Think my next beef cut will be a brisket. Last one I did was shoe leather over ten years ago. I have progressed in that time and I think I can tackle a brisket now.

Here is a shot of the Beef Ribs.

Thanks, Thinking I might use the same rub on thebrisket.
Nices bones!! The rub for them sounds good too, how did the rub turn out?
Thanks, it was good, at first i thought it might be a little spicy, but not at all. Kids and wife loved it.

Thanks everyone they did turn out tasty. Thinking a brisket will be in the near future. suppose to rain and get cold here again this weekend so I may need to wait a few weeks
