Had the fam over for the Bears/Packers game and made smoked some wings and 2 tenderloins on the UDS.

Used Blue bag Kingsfor w/ some Apple Wood chunks. Smoked at 250

great looking tenderloin....how long did that take to finish?


 Let's see (trying to think of how many coldies I had)....I think the tenderloins took 2.5 hours max.  They're so easy to do, and everyone loves them. Just cutting them up and setting a plate out makes for great finger foods, and they don't last long at all
