Been very busy, barley got the ham smoked for Christmas!! It was suppose to be for the TD but like I said VERY busy :(  Just now getting to post what I did have>

They loaded in the wrong order?? Always seem to have trouble posting more than one pic??

Anyway I injected with the Honey Praline, Smoked, & glazed with a Black Cherry Bourbon & Agave glaze!

OMG SOOOO MOIST!!

Thanks King! Too bad I missed the TD I as going to make a ham sundae with white BBQ sauce & candied bacon straws! Maybe next time
