Just put 5 racks of ribs in the MES.

3 baby backs & 2 beef.

2 racks of the BBs and 1 of the beef spiced with salt, pepper, garlic and onion.

The others are spiced with some rub sent to me from one of our members. Sez Mr John Smith on the package!!!

2 rows of pecan burning on the AMAZEN.

Yepper they look good so far. Now bring it on home now.

No rub on most of them. The woman and her son like them fairly plain.

Lots of smoke.

Where do you buy Mr Smiths Rub at, locally or where?

Man, you are on a ROLL!! that is great looking stuff. And beef ribs rock!  I agree that they don't always need the same spice treatment as pork-it's nice to change things up. Cheers!

Craig,

I got hungry just looking at the pic's!  I hope "Mr. Smith", wrote the recipe for his rub on the bag it came in, looks like it did a first class job!  You also did a super job smoking those ribs and yes, I like beef ribs too, don't get them too often but when I do they are good!  Hoping it will warm up a little here in South Western Virginia so I can try out my new MFPS and see how I can do with it! Happy New Year to you and the family!
