Since I didn't get into the November Throwdown, I figured it would be ok to put up some pics of my turkey. It was great! Crispy skin and moist succulent meat. Everyone loved it.

I put up my recipe later. I feel like I'm havin a hemmoroid attack in my throat. And no, prep H insn't workin. Ugh.

Did you have any troubles getting to temp in time with the stuff inside?

Ray that's a great looking bird!  I like the stuffing, don't see to many like them anymore.

No I didn't have any problems. My smoker temp to get thru that was 290-300. It took about 3 hours and I was thru. I lowered the smoker temp once I made it by the 140 mark.
