I for one am jealous of all that got the new smoker from bps today... NOT because they got one and i didnt (because i got mine). but because i got in line at 0200 hours this morning in rancho cucamonga, ca and beared the 35 degree weather for 4 hours to get mine... and low and behold... the old lady says, "Cant open til Xmas" its your xmas present. WHO DOES THAT TO A GUY!!!!!!!???? thats like starving a guy for a week and then putting a giant delicious slab of meat in front of him and saying you cant eat this until tomorrow. WTH!? LOL. I Love her but dang! i wanna get this baby goin and get sum delicious meat going. RIGHT NOW. instead its gonna be sitting in the box in the corner of our living room haunting me... Calling my name! and making me go insane! i already hear voices from this thing!i know it'll b worth the wait but PLEASE!!! sumone tell me its gonna be easy to let it sit in the box untouched until xmas!!!!!

I know it isn't a big deal, but I got a new MES 30" today at BPS for $179.  It wasn't that bad at the store, but I don't like crowds anyway.  But anyway, I wish I could have afforded the 40", but this will do for now.  Besides, can you really have too many smokers???

Both you guys will just have to convince her that you need it to prepare the Christmas spread.  Pick you favorite meat and work on that with her.
