I am just now uploading the Qview from last Friday.  I had to hurry up and go on a vacation the next morning.  I cooked 6 Boston Butts for the church so I figured I would toss on 2 chuck roasts and a grass fed brisket flat my mom sent me from Colorado for my birthday.  I will say that the brisket (last photo w/ my son's fingers about to grab a bite) was definitely the best I have done.  It was the first I did on the Lang but also the grass fed aspect definitely had an effect on the texture and flavor.   The flavor is almost veal-like.  Very good.

That all looks really good.  The guard dog is a great idea -- if you can trust him!!!!

Grass fed is the bomb!  If you ever get the chance, try grass-fed buffalo -- OMG!

Nice job! The shovel gave me a scare?

I had just parked it there for no good reason.  The only thing I use it for is cleaning out the firebox at the end of the cook cycle.

Nothing like a good guard dog.....
G-Dawg is my BBQ buddy!  She always hangs out for a scrap or two (She also makes short work of a Boston Butt bone!)

There is no Bark like LANG-BARK

AGREED!  Money well spent in my opinion!

Thanks for all the nice comments.  Will post again the next time.
