got a party this weekend so gonna make a brisket   ( among other things)

went t oreastaurant depot and got a nice brisket   $1.99 lb!!!

I was getting ready to ask why you started prep so early then I realized that it was wed night. WOW the week is almost gone. Looks like you got a good start on the weekend. Nice looking chunk-o-brisket.

allright, shes been soaking for two days and its time to fire up the gosm    gonna be an all nighter   going in at 9:00 pm and hopefully will be ready around three tomorrow   got some cousins comming in town from ohio so its gotta be good

miamirick - bbq and bourbon that is the ticket.  Being born and raised in the great Commonwealth of Kentucky I am a bit biased.  Which bourbon do you prefer?  Damn fine looking Q plus a bourbon drinker.  Sounds like a good ol boy to me
