Smoked a small roast today along with some twice smoke potatoes. Seasoned the roast with Montreal Seasoning and smoked at 250 using cherry and oak.
Potatoes were gone and only two slices of the roast were left. The kids raved about both, last time they wouldn't touch the potatoes, go figure.
