Since i have joined this site, i have been smoking everything under the sun.  I have learned a wealth of knowledge from all you wonderful folks.  Well I got a real bad chest cold, and went to the doctors.  He told me to get on the scale, and he said your up 8 pounds.  I got laughing, and in the back of my mind i was thinking thanks smf.

That's what friends are for...

If you think of the fattie, smoked ham, butts and the brisket they all taste very very good and all but you wouldn't see anything healthy here. We all like to cook and EAT good tasting food that's why we are here. Now we all can't be twiggy here or this place might be a weight watchers site now. So we all know the dangers of a good tasting hunk of meat. The waist line is about the first thing that changes. But then what theses day is good for you. GRASS

I'll tell ya what. Keep on smokin' and just send the end reults to me. I could use a few pounds and I'll be happy to let you know how it turned out.

I'm feelin' ya Brokenwing! WooWeee, I've got some tree stump thigh action going on, not to mention the ghetto booty. Oh yea, a sista's got some junk in the trunk - ribs, pulled pork, chicken among other things, and ya know what my new motto is: If ya can't beatem' smokem' !!!
