mmmmmmmmm maybe that'll be the next thing I do on the UDS  I like the brown sugar idea.

keep us updated on the smoke

Totally digging the brown sugar sweetness that's added and melting. Will definitely be trying that on my next set of spares/bb's!

Now I do like a little sweetness with my ribs and yours look awesome too. You will really enjoy them for sure.

becareful if you sauce that early the sauce will hold all the smoke and be very bitter and not be a good thing imo

at the 3 hour mark just before the foil....

well they didn't last very long after they came out of the smoker, sorry....nice 1/8" smoke ring and a golden brown bark just a bit darker then before they were foiled....tasted great, but has a bit of a bite with the cayanne powder i used....i only used 1 of 3 tbs of what i had in a recipe, glad i did too, lol....i think i'll leave the cayanne powder out of my next rub and see how they come out....i thought they were good and didn't mind the hot bite, but then again i was drinking milk too............bob
