I could have sworn I remember reading through one when I first found the site. It showed the different mods, how to do them & why to do them. I cannot find it now!
What happened to the "original" char-griller mod thread?

If you will go to the search located just below the tan color up top that says Home, Smokers & More, Forums, Wikis, My Profile and type in "char grill mods" a bunch of threads will be pulled up I just did it but don't know exactly what thread your looking for

I did that & came up with a bunch of them... I just could have sworn there was one that was a sticky or that at least pretty much covered all the mods for the Char-griller.

If someone wants to take the time to make it into a Wiki, it'll be a little easier to locate. In the meantime, if the link above isn't the right one, you can find the threads you need by using the "Search" feature like this: (Also, notice the tabs at the top of the search--you can filter your search by user, reviews, threads, Wiki's, etc.)
If you'll notice, too, you have convenient tabs so you can sort your search by users, reviews, threads, Wikis, Products or "all."

jteer, we no longer have sticky's, but you can subscribe to your favorites, and when you click on your profile, all your favorite threads will be right there for you. I don't like getting emails every time there's a post to a thread (some people do), so I set my thread subscriptions to "Site Only." All of our original threads from the SMF are still here--no worries there.

RickW and Abi sent some good thread links. I used both of these and some others when I modded my Char-Griller. Glad to see a Char-Griller owner in the Northwest Territory of The Bayou State.
Not real sure I am liking all these changes! I have never been on a forum that did not have stickies for important information, even those with wiki's.
