Well got up to make this fattie and made way to much filling. Being one not liking to waste food I got another pound of jimmy dean and was able to flatten it out and slide it under the other one.
Didn't take any prep pics, but I scrambled eggs, sliced and cooked little red potatoes and chopped onions. Also chopped red and green peppers. It was a little to large for the bacon wrap but oh well.

I also made some ABT's with cream cheese mixed with crab meat and topped with a shrimp then bacon. Also a slice of my sourdough bread
