Dang it Foam,,, that looks great!! Nice job and point to you sir.

Thank you

Wow those look great! You know, I have some mysterious package of cajun sausage seasoning in my cupboard that I keep forgetting to try. haha Soon enough!!

Thank you. I would imagine if its Cajun spice it would be good stuff.

Kevin, that sausage looks delicious!

Thank you, They are pretty good, I just had to have some and rushed, it being the first sausage of the season, I know where I could have made it even better..... Its been near a year since my last batch, and I had a rock in my shoe, and the sun was in my eyes and ... and.... well thats my story and I'm sticking to it!

That looks fantastic!

Thank you. Hey, how about that porch view these days. I am guessing fall has painting the trees with its colors and your deck would be a great place to park for a while and just watch the leaves.

Kevin those sausages are a work of art. They look GOOD!! I'm about to try my hand at sausage.--this is the push I needed.
Since I don't do facebook, you get a POINT.
Gary

Thanks Gary. I am going to have to figure out the facebook or a point thingie I guess. I am just happy every time I can just get something accomplished with the new software. I used to love computers they were the ultimate mind game and I always loved those........ Now I have to get the cable folks over to show me how to make the TV work...LOL

Thank you Richie, My seasoning for both Cajun sausage and Andouille come from an old family recipe, which isn't from my family. LOL Its from a family of great butchers and they sell their meats. I would give you the recipe if I could but, well I can tell you its quite similar to the NOLA recipe. I was brought up near one of these butchermarkets/grocery stores and getting any meats from these folks was always a big deal when growing up. I am getting better at imitating there stuff, I can almost duplicate their stuffed pork chops and they are amazing.

Kevin I sent you a PM I understand keeping secrets
Thanks for the offer
Richie

Indeed; although we mostly have conifers that do not change color, we do have some, and we know winter is coming along with lots of the white stuff!

However, I did finally finish my pizza oven and the bright color certainly makes up for the lack of tree color :D

That is soooo beautiful, I don't know why I keep thinking those are all hard woods, but Its impressed in my mind that way. I see you standing on the side of the house, a hanging potted plant behind you and thru a slot behind you I can see ..... well you know old folks get confused.....LOL
