Picked  2 butts up on Sat.

deboned and sliced

Ground and seasoned on Sunday no pics

Monday morning made Fassets Breakfast Sausage

I use a plastic bag to make these, freeze partially sliced with a knife

Kielbasi in 2 bowls 5 lbs each

So now the Kielbasi mix was real tight I used my New Age Stuffer

Set up on a different table this time worked great

No pics stuffing when I was almost done I put some hamburger buns into

the stuffer they pushed almost every bit out

5 lbs in each bowl

Froze most saved one for dinner served with Browned Sauerkraut & Pierogies

Thanks for looking

Ray Have you ever made the pork loin like that in the oven? Thanks easy and satisfying Thanks for the points I appreciate it

Pork loin as in pork and sauerkraut? Oh yeah! Just made it last weekend in the crockpot! Lol I had that and a side of mashed potatoes.

Leftover mashed potatoes where turned into loshke, we call them stove rags.

We will also make keilbasa and kraut too for a quick meal. I haven't made homemade keilbasa in over 10 years. I gotta change that.
