Black Fish Baked in Cheezit

Tried this one tonight it was great.
half cup butter 1 stick
1 egg
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese,
half tsp salt,half tsp pepper,
1 1/2 cups crushed cheez it crackers (WHOLE small Box)
Crushed is equal to 1 cup
, 1 tsp parsley, blackfish fillets.
Melt butter in Skillet you are going to bake in, allow Butter to cool.Beat egg into butter,in a separate bowl.
Mix all dry ingredients together in separate bowl.
Drag fillets through butter completely coat with crushed crackers.
Lay fish in single layer, in Skillet or a greased baking dish. Bake at 350F for20-25 min.

Cheezit crushed in zip lock bag, then rolled with a pin to make crumbs

Baked



Plated with home made Rice Pilaf, Brussels Sprouts, and Pickles



I know its not smoked but it is good.

You can use Cod, Pollock or any Fish you like with this.

Justin Thanks for the point it is amazing how it taste. The only thing on the side I didn't make was the sprouts.This summer I will try to grow them.
 
That looks really good Richie, and cheez-its are always on sale here in many different varieties. I'm on vacation most of this week so I'll cast a point your way for the supper idea.

That looks real good Richie--even though I haven't got a clue what cheeseits are!! They something like cheesies? I've eaten fried iysters breaded with them and that's delicious.
