 I got a brisket for the 4th of July and have been watching the others sit there. I have been talking to the meat guy about when he thought they might mark them down and they finally marked them down to 2.99LB so what i paid 60$ for on the 4th was like 20-25$ so i bought all 6 they had left lol.

I am not far from Paul Smiths and or Malone and also close to Lake Placid Saranac lake

Yup we go to Lebanon racing sometimes.

I actually live now in Vermont near Middlebury which is about halfway between Rutland and Burlington right of route 7

youre only about 1-1.5 hours away as i am only 40 miles to Burlington . i go to the Burlington area quite often for bowling and other things.

i dont worry much about the extra time and fuel it takes to cook in the cold now that i have my pellet smoker as it is pretty much set and forget. lol
