Amazing pan of beef and sammy!  Is that a cat's foot at the bottom of the pulled beef pic?

Mike

Thanks Mike, yeah there's a cat and dog always lurking around, the dog has even stolen a strip roast and rotisserie chicken right off the counter we have learned to move tasty items from the edge of the counter.

WOW B, that looks great.

I gotta try the french onion soup

The larger of our two dogs has pulled that stunt once... Once.
She learned real quick that crap wasn't tolerated, never had a problem since, but she is an incorrigible beggar, they both are.

The sad fact for us is our dog, in my profile pic, fails to make the couch jump sometimes motivation for better then kibble turns him to Underdog.

I think that looks about as good as it gets. Injected it too? Hmm.. [emoji]129299[/emoji] Now see? I sliced mine and made some burnt ends too.. I don't know if I cooked it long enough to really shred.

May not look like much but this chuckadilla with sautéed onions and shrooms and four cheddar blend was a great dinner!

Thanks Rings, got to get the internal temp 203*+ to shred up nicely. We prefer to pull our chucks.

I might try chuck pot pies in the fall when it's cooler. Make a couple family size pot pies and freeze one .

Shepards pie is a good idea.
