Is this considered a lump charcoal or am I way off??? I know dumb question, but Im new to this whole coal thing.. thanks
I use an awful lot of that exact product.
I just make sure it says "Made in the USA" on the back.
(Make sure the "blue smoke" is gone before you start cooking or you'll have a bitter taste).
What's wrong with "thin blue smoke"? Last I checked, that is the good stuff. It's the white smoke that you want to avoid.I use an awful lot of that exact product.
