Hi All Gotta get this out there.Purchased 2 Mavericks 732's from Todd at Amazing  . The newer one purchased Aug 2015, was out of warranty according too the Manufacturer, thought I was shit of of luck!!!.

Sent Todd and e-mail with the purchased date, he is going to replace it, no questions asked.. Now that is customer service and beyond!!!!

Dan

Todd shipped the same hour I ordered. You just can't beat that. The quality of product you get is top notch in my book. I am happy with everything I have ordered. He will have my future business for sure.

Hi All I sent the defectived 732 back on Weds and today I got an E-mail from Todd, that they shipped my new 732 today.

Now that is what I call service, some of these other company's could learn from Todd on how to take care of  customers..

Honesty, integrity, standing behind your product.

Sounds shady to me, darn near unamerican.

Yea Todd

I have bought from him before, like it a lot.

I agree I had a question about my amazen smoker a couple years after I purchased it so I sent Todd a email. He was quick to respond and sent my a tube smoker loaded with pellets free of charge. I didn't ask or expect anything like he just stated he was going to to see if that fixes my situation. A1 guy with a excellent product.

I am in the market for a new temp sensor.  Thanks for giving Tod's site link.

Can anyone give a comparison between the 732 and the 733?  Looks like the 733 has a bigger display, but anything else anyone has noticed?  Thanks

I have a 732...I've never used the 733, but my understanding is it has more programmable features than the 732. I've heard guys who've owned both say they both do everything you need a remote thermometer to do, but that the 732 is much more user friendly. Again that's only hearsay on my part...I'm quite happy with my 732, but no direct experience withe the 733.

I asked for one of the tube smoker packages for Christmas.  Hoping to get it, but if I don't....it will be one of the first things I purchase after Christmas

Well I got my order from Todd, but a little bummed. I ended up having to pay an additional $3.15 because my Maverick was shipped in a USPS envelope and it should of been in a box :-( Glad it arrived in one piece being it had no packing material other then the original box.

I have both 732 & 733. The 732 is more easy to program then 733.
