Hi all, I made some smoked kielbasa this passed weekend. It turned out pretty good. The guys I work with all liked it, so I'd say I did my job...haha
 
I'm having trouble getting pics on. I hit the photo icon and go into my gallery. Then choose photo. It looks like it is uploading, but I don't see a photo. Any help would be appreciated!

Per 10lbs batch

-2 cups ice water
-2 cups soy protein concentrate
-5 Tb salt
-1 Tb sugar
-2 tsp insta cure #1
-2 Tb black pepper
-2 large clover of garlic....I use a little more
-1 heaping tsp marjoram
-1 Tb paprika
-1 Tb onion powder
-10 lbs pork butt
I smoke for 8 to 10 hrs.
