Well the iGrill 2 is still working like a champ. Earlier this year Weber bought the iGrill line from iDevices. Weber Finally took over the app. Had to upload the new app last night in order to use the phone with it. Same as the old app, however I lost all me preset alarms so I will have to start over. Not a big deal as its easy to create the alarms. Anyhow the iGrill 2 is still my favorite therm that I've had. I've been through 2 ambient pit probes and am still on the original meat probes. Not bad. I always figured 1-2 probes per year with the mavericks.

Do you guys ever see weird readings? I had one reading 36° and another reading 75° last week. They were in chicken that had thawed and came out of the fridge at the same time. The latter was definitely not 75 as it was very cold to the touch. I reset it 3 or 4 times before it read correctly.

Other than that it's been a fantastic tool.

The only time I've had weird readings is when the units batteries are low or right before a probe quits working.
