Not a chance! Tired from a long work week but still wanting something tasty I turn to Johnsonville brats and smoked sausage lurking around the Vortex a chunk of cherry for smoke. To not be totally lazy I wrapped the smoked sausage and one brat in bacon.

Now that's my kind of meal!

I owe you a point, it seems I'm over my limit!

Al

Thanks Al,just wish I had some redskins to toss on the grill. But my friend got a couple free cases of French fries so they are on the menu for awhile.

Oh yeah, that's a great way to end a
hard week.
Points to you.

Ed

Thanks Ed, I was thinking of a rack of ribs but it seemed like to much effort for me at the time and sausage was much quicker.

Tasty! Point!

Thanks DS, I need to clean my TT and vaccum seal them up so hopefully I can get one spinning on Wednesday. I'm thinking rotisserie blackened so I'll get it to myself the wife can't handle the heat!

You need a Schwenker! 90 minute ribs!!!

Then I would have to drive out of town to use it,no open fires are allowed within 25 feet of any building major downside to city life. But I only have to roll down the hill to get to work.

Nice cook b-one!  How do you light the coals without open flames?

Well I haven't heard of anyone getting in trouble using a charcoal chimney, yet. A lady up the street has had the cops show up several times but she works days and it looks like a fire at night she said they swarmed her house like a swat team. I'm sure the rules are about fire pits.

Nice, I love a good Johnsonville brat, or two. Looks tasty indeed.
