Hey all, the wife & kids wanted burgers yesterday... So to change things up just a bit, we decided on some sliders !

Seasoned & mixed the wife & kids burgers with Billy Bones BBQ rub !

Seasoned & mixed mine with some Weber N'Orleans Cajun Seasoning, wanted mine kinda kicked up a bit !

While the kettle was being fired up, I cold smoked mine with a bit of pitmaster dust for bout 25 minutes !

Kettle set up for indirect/direct with the vortex ! And burgers on with a bit of kiawe wood !

Time for the sear ! Didn't take long to sear these !

Cut up some mild cheddar & some pepper jack cheese that was smoked bout 6 months ago... Good stuff !

Time to eat & get the fixins on the sliders !

My daughters pic of her plate ! She forgot olives til after the pic.... LOL

My plate...

It was a nice, quick & tasty meal ! Thanks for lookin !
