North West Ireland
Hi Folks

I'm Warren, and live in the mid North west of Ireland close to the the Peat Bogs hence my name,

I have been a lurker for a couple of years now, took the plunge and joined so thanks for having me along

I currently have a commercially made offset smoker, a generic brand kettle BBQ and home built brick wood fired oven. and cook on at least one of them most days, and also have an open fire pit which I use now & again.

Outdoor cooking, smoking, foraging, growing own veg and curing some home reared meats has become a way of life over the past 12 years for me and my female partner.

I have many successes and as probably as many failure's but it's all about gaining experience and hopefully proficiency

thanks for looking and hope to contribute something useful now & again

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from another hot day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Howdy, Bog Man!

Welcome to the smoke!

Just in case no one told you, we like pics. How's about sharing some photos of you cookers. They sound interesting.

Cheers.

Hey Gary

Morning to you and thank you.

We have good weather here also this weekend (a novelty more than a regular occurrence) dizzy heights of about 70 F and hopefully high 70's today (Sunday)
