I decided to knock out a quick batch of wings before it got hot.
I started out with 10lbs of wings on my smoker.


I cooked them @ 300 for about an hour. And then threw them in the warmer while I was cleaning up. 10lbs = 2 half pans.



Before getting some sauce.


Finished product.


The wings was an easy quick cook and by the time I finished the temps was in the 90's
 
I like thighs but they look great Points heading your way
