I know it was a while ago, just couldn't quite
get to posting it.
My pictures are always short because I get my
hands all messed up then don't want to touch the camera.
But here goes, I just wanted some wings.Paid $3 bucks a pound for 'em, drumsticks were $1.29.
Got 'em unpacked, made two racks of each.
We have a locally made seasoning here called Bucks
that's what I put on them.
I use the full salt version of the Bucks and
will not do it again.
Almost to much salt even for me.
And my drumsticks, same thing with the Bucks
I lit 'er up with Apple pellets
Gave them all about two hours at 225*
Then lit the broiler, 4 min. each side.
Skin came out great.
Mixed up some sauce, 1/2 bottle of salsa,
1 stick of butter melted
Add Frank's to taste
The wings were really quite good.
The drumsticks made another supper
and some very good chicken sammidges.
Thanks for looking.
