Put my first brisket on my smoker a few hrs ago. Usually im doing butts or ribs or pork in general. Cant wait to see how it turns out

I haven't taken any pics yet , i wanted to keep lid down as much as possible, but i will take one in couple hrs to update
 
Sadly no, i Went to grab my phone to take a pic after slicing it , the wife swooped in and took it outside to our guests and it was gone lol
 
Sorry, had a few beers after it was done. Heres a picture of how it looked when done. It was so juicy you can see the juices on the cutting board before i even sliced into it.
Looks terrific from here!  If your guests gobbled it down it must have been very tasty...congrats on a successful first brisket!

Thank guys yea we had a heck of cookout yeaterday! The fact it got gobbled up fast told me i did it right. Made some 321 ribs as well and smoked some brats too. I put a small dent in the animal kingdom for sure
