Since we don't have  a rotisserie section yet here's where I guess I'll post this.  Trying for something different I melted down some sharp cheddar, added milk and injected in a pork loin. Spun on the roti over a live fire...It came out OUTSTANDING!!


Here's the prep and cook.

Just curious, why didn't you put the spit through the loin the long way.

Thanks Al...not the long way because then the spit rod hole would go through the entire length vs only 1-2 slices. Also I can fit about 5 times more on the spit if wanted. Hope that makes sense. The heat distribution on the meat is more even on the whole piece at once.

Can you imagine spinning several racks of ribs at once? It's pretty cool...and tastes good. Lol
