Hello All! Haven't posted in a year but smoking occasionally. Went to a small "Barbecue and Blues" contest the other day and got to see how the big boys do it. Everyone had some sort of blower so I got me a DX2. Thing is, I don't know what the ramp setting does! Can you fill me in? I've been looking at all the nice meats you guys are smoking, sure does look good! Gonna do a butt and a flat this weekend in my WSM 18. Thanks for the info, in advance. Kevin
