I bought a Bar-B-Chef about 10 years ago and have had nothing but good times with it. I highly recommend purchasing these workhorses if you find one. My Bar-B-Chef has been a gathering point and source of food for almost every happy memory for over a decade. It's handled; six house moves, and hundreds of Deployment parties, post deployment parties, baby showers, weddings, unit parties, neighborhood BBQs, etc in a coastal climate and desert climate without fail and only cosmetic issues. And so, I was almost overwhelmed when, as a promotion gift, one of the guys in my unit did some work on my pit to return it to its original glory and upgrade the appearance to better represent its dignified, sound role in my families life.
