Good day to all, I recently bought an Oklahoma Joe Highland, smoked some baby backs last week that came ought very tasty. I'm 65, retired oil worker, ex Seabee Viet Nam vet living in Dewey Arizona just outside Prescott Az. I enjoy smoking cigars and drinking various beverages as I sit by my side smoker monitoring temps. I like a side smoker because it holds a lot of meat and cleanups are easy, wire brush and done. I am a lazy man

Your profile sounds like me, Nam and then 35 yrs working in oil terminal,gave up cigarette smoking still have a cigar now and then.Only drink Beer 10 to 15 a day whether I need it or not LOL Have fun enjoy the sight
