Greetings one & all,

In my mind this sounds like a dumb question but I'm going to ask. This past weekend I smoked a 12lb packer. We sliced the flat up for dinner but I have the point left whole. I chilled the point and the leftover juices and vacuum sealed it all. It's now in my freezer. Will making burnt ends out of it be as simple as thaw, slicing it up, season/sauce and smoke until warm again? Or will there be an issue since I didn't do it right away?

Thanks and GBR,
HuskerRow

Cube and smoke till crisped up you will be fine. Leftovers go great with some eggs for breakfast!
