That Guru makes it look so easy. Consistently pull nice lookin' brisket is always a plus!!!

Kinda takes the fun out of playing with the fire though.

Question is:

Meat grinder/stuffer first...

or

Guru first...

I've had my Guru for 10 years this fall.  A WSM is a very stable smoker without it, but with a GURU it's frigging amazing and truly a "set and forget" operation.  Holds temp as long as there is fuel to burn. Yes, you can run a WSM without one, but once you have used one, you never look back.

Adam The Dbl baked were very plain. washed and poked some needle size holes in them, rubbed with olive oil and a sprinkle of coarse seal. Kosher works fine.bake at 350* approximately 1 hour.

Let cool if you do not have heat proof gloves, cut the top out scope and mask the taters I use the heat proff silacon gloves, right out of the oven helps when mashing

Refill with the mashed aaa a dab of butter before rebaking

Everyone raved about that little piece on top.

Thanks for the Points I appreciate it
